I am an independent wholesale mortgage broker and owner that works with a small team that intimately cares about each one of our clients.

Our Expertise

I am a wholesale mortgage broker. What that means is that I get to go the wholesale department of any direct lender and get their wholesale pricing and offer it to you cheaper than they can. My expertise is broad over 23+ years helping people buy and refinance. I specialize in conventional, VA, FHA, and USDA loans. I am very good helping self employed borrowers get conventional loans. I also have access to the more exotic loans, like bank statements, or other types of income qualifications.

Unlike retail banks, direct lenders, or call centers who staff their loan originators with low experience licensees you will be working with myself or someone directly mentored by me. We will be your sole contact in the process. You will be able to call, text, or email us and get a quick response. The days of being passed to someone else are over. From start to finish your originator will hold your hand the entire way.

Our Experience

In 1999 I started working in the mortgage industry in the mail room of The Money Store, 1-800-Loan-Yes. From there I was promoted to the collections department. I got my license in 2000 and became loan originator. Over the last 23 years I have worked in most departments in the industry but found originations to be the best for me and my clients. In 2017 I got my Real Estate Brokers License and started my own boutique mortgage brokerage, Broker Direct Lending. Since then, I have been offering the best price, speed, and service in the market.
